Poor service

I tried contacting Milpark support to ask about a letter of completion, as I have finished my degree. I was told to wait until 2025 for my certificate and to be patient. I am not asking about my certificate, I am asking about a letter of completion. On top of that the agent stopped replying when I tried to clarify. Support always stops replying before the conversation is complete, usually after the second reply. Then I have to start a new conversation. Are they just replying to tick boxes? Poor service.
