Poor advice by 3 consultants led to financial loss

I was looking to apply for my Bcom through Milpark Education for 2nd semester. Before I app****, I enquired with 3 different consultants to review my matric documents and confirm whether I meet the requirements for the Bcom or not.

I made sure to emphasise the importance of giving me the correct information, as I don't want to lose R490 for admissions due to not meeting their requirements.

2/3 consultants called me and sent me email confirmation (Thembiswa and Priscilla) to say that I made it into the Bcom without having to do a bridging course, therefore "kindly apply". The other consultant (Aeysha) never got back to me after numerous emails. Thembiswa even went as far as confirming with her superior and called me to say that she got a 2nd opinion and her superior also confirmed I have admission to the Bcom.

Due to this information, I app**** for admission into the Bcom (Tax Major). To my surprise and disappointment, I was called by another consultant who advised that my application was rejected but neglected to provide a conclusive reason nor furnish me written proof thereof.

I accept that my application was rejected and I do not contest that decision (even though I was not provided with written notification). However, I do not accept the false advice I was furnished, which led to me losing R490.

I feel ****** and cheated out of my money. Can you imagine how much free money they make by giving such false advice to other prospective candidates?
