Please, I cant anymore with Milpark!!

Claudia I just logged in, profile still says 2017. Can this be fixed without me asking. The reason I couldn't write the exam and submit assignments in August is because the profile was wrong and everything reflected for the year 2017. Is that going to be the same issue again on the 25th when I have to write. Claudia, this diploma is already taking me so long to complete because of you guys, can you just liaise with whoever needs to update the profile and fix this?? Again, I am really exhausted with Milpark's lack of sympathy and me always having to follow up. What must I do really?? Is it me being treated like this or is this the treatment other students get as well??
