Pethetic communication for a learning institution

Yet again Milpark does not do what they suppose to i have sent 3 e-mails called almost 11 times since Monday and the phone just rings and the e-mails are not responded too? I submitted a assessment before the due date and recieved a final mark yet its still showing resubmit why is this so and also if i needed to re submit i did not get any notification.
