I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with Milpark regarding my experience. Despite being unable to sit for my exam due to illness. Now, they have handed my case over to lawyers without providing any support or resolution, leaving me in a difficult position where I have to face a debt for an opportunity that was never granted, I need to get an education ombudsman
