Pathetic service from Milpark

Milpark is a *******,I paid a fee of R245 and had supporting documents from my employer stating that an extension is required due to having to meet demanding deadlines at work.I did not submit my assignment yet they declined the extension and their reason was re-submissions are not allowed yet the assignment was never submitted,I would understand if they said late submissions are not allowed.They are a *******,definitely will not continue with them.
