Pathetic service

Milpark offers absolutely no service, their telphone lines do not get answered and they do not reply to emails. Their fees are high and one would think this would come with service but this is not the case. I paid and submitted all of my documents on the 20th of December and am still not loaded, i have sent numerous emails which get responed to after one month asking for the document i sent the month before. I have paid R6k and have no access and nobody is responding to assist with a refund so that i may transfer credits and finish my studies elsewere.
