Pathetic service

So about 2 weeks ago i had paid for my Fiance's studies to milpark for her ICB studies, i had paid for her Business literacy module and we were told it takes 3-5 business days for delivery. However it is now 2 weeks and we still have not received any feedback and every time i call its as though the staff dont know what they are doing because they transfer me from one department to the next, there was a consultant from the sales department that i spoke to that was extremely rude to me (i dont remember her name)

This is not the first time i have received such service from Milpark as i experienced it with my studies as well.
