Pathetic and unprofessional service
Pathetic and unprofessional service. I paid for the re printing of my certificate as this is a required document to further my studies with another institution. My application was submitted on 19Feb. I was told the certificate will be received after 15 working days. I am unable to continue my studies as I am still waiting for the certificate. I phone and email everyday to follow up. They keep telling me they are waiting for certificate from the printer. Milpark is the reason i am unable to continue with my studies and my bursary will be canceled.
