Paid subjects marks held back due to non-allocatio

I am a fist year student at Milpark and registered in December 2014. <br> I have had a few problems where the staff very eagerly and efficiently assisted me.<br> <br> I wrote first semester exams in May, the results were released on the 7th July, on the 6th of July I received a statement of accounts from Milpark accounts department stating the payment for my second semester registrations is still outstanding. I had made the payment for second semester in June, uploaded my payment and emailed it to the accounts department and received my study material 2 days later. <br> When I did not receive a sms or email with my results, I logged on to MyMilpark and saw that my results were replaced with little stars, which means its being held back due to my \arrears account". I again sent through my proof of payment.<br> <br> 1. what I don't understand is how results are held back for subjects that have been paid in full?? am I not entitled to my results for the money I paid?<br> 2. I am sent the statement of account a day before results are to be released? my books for second semester has been delivered over a month ago"
