Outdated, Inaccurate, and Overpriced – A Disappointing Experience

I enrolled in the RE5 course through Milpark with the expectation of receiving high-quality, accurate training. Unfortunately, I encountered several serious issues. The training videos are outdated—approximately seven years old—and the presenter’s broken English and frequent stammering make the content difficult to follow. More concerning is that the information provided is inconsistent and, in some cases, incorrect. Key details such as legislation dates and timeframes differ between the printed book, the online book, and the training videos, which creates unnecessary confusion. Additionally, certain sections of the course are no longer accessible, which further compromises the learning experience. Ultimately, I had to purchase an additional course from another provider to obtain accurate and up-to-date information—something that should never be necessary given the high cost of this course. Overall, the quality delivered does not justify the price, and this has been extremely disappointing.
