One star is even to good

I have first struggled to gwt my subjects registered for 2024 academic year. Payment was made on the 11 Jan and I still do not have one damn study guide. All my subjects study guides is uploaded on the online portal except my international economics so I cannot even make use of the online system to start preparing. I called today and was advised distance learning only starts on the 9feb and then my online portal will be updated which is a useless excuse as all my others subjects are all good. then i was told by the operator when regards to my books that online learning is taken prefrence to distance learning. Like ***. The last two years service has been up to **** and i have been studying through them sins 2020 and i think they are actually turning into another Unisa. Operator would have called me back after our telecom at 9am today and its now 7pm.
