Not answering the phone is beyond pathetic
Nobody answers the phone, which is a national call center number. Literally just rings and rings. I tried twice and selected different options each time.
Live support option on your website doesn't work.
Your service is ridiculous considering how expensive you are.
I need to follow up on my registration, please contact me urgently.
