No support and unfair Online examination

Milpark's support is horrible, i wrote a exam where i could not answer most of my questions and reported it with no help but yet another computer generated answer from Amanda King ( Support specialist). I have been calling and holding on for hours (Costing me a allot of airtime ). I have still not been assisted with my issue of being kicked out of my online exam several times and also not having the ability to complete questions which lead to failure in that specific course. It costs a arm and a leg to redo a course but that's something Milpark will never understand because they are to busy to understand and support students.
