No service at all

I'm very disappointed with them. After daaaaayyyyys of trying to get someone to assist with a new application, I struggle to get answers. Everyone I speak to tells me a different story. And no one ever phones back or even bother to reply on an email. And now after spending days wasting my time and money, u found out that the course I want to enroll for, no longer exist. And this was after getting misinformation first. Struggling like this, I can't help to wonder what kind of service one would get after enrolling....go figure!
