No Sense of Urgency

Milpark you really need to do better, I am so disappointed by your service, I have been sending emails from weeks ago, no reply, when I call I am advised that a consultant will call, nothing. I did advise that we had a deadline at our company to submit registration invoices, they just don't care, no sense of urgency at all. Yesterday I was advised that my consultant is Zaida Hoosen, who has never responded to even one email I sent or atleast return my call, Milpark if this is how you service all students, it's really sad.
