No response to email despite a promise to respond within 24hours
I sent an enquiry On Tuesday, to date no feedback. I called yesterday request feedback as their automated response email says they will respond within 24hours. The lady who helped confirmed she could see my email and would request someone to respond, still nothing. Today is Friday!!??
