No Response!!!!

I have sent an email to student services on the 09 January 2019 and have still not got a reply to my email. I would like to know if I will be admitted to study the advanced certificate in financial planning, since I have been rejected for the post graduate in financial planning even though I have successfully completed most of the modules through the University Of Orange Freestate.
