No help with my credits
It's with a great disappointment that I'm not able to get any help at MILPARK education, I have made several request via student support email, the latest enquiry was sent 4 days ago. I was Informed that the turn around time for response is 48 hours.
This morning when I phone to make a follow up I was told to make an enquiry on student portal which I cannot find at all.
My student no is MI*** I need credits for a Qualification that I completed in 2014

15 Aug 2024, 11:57Another bad review, the above matter was not resolved.In milpark response Cleo Erusmus she has advised me to use student portal, when I try to log in I can't because apparently milpark needs to create those log in details, this is the Information I received from Milpark.
-I then spoke to Adil from reception she advised me to use *** this email address is not working
I spoke to Mpumi I'm not sure about her role, she confirmed that Support email has never worked since Monday, then she advise me that I send request to HELPDESK@MILPARK this email is also not working.
This morning I call again I Spoke to Adil again she said make that request by sending email to Support and email is not working,
IM HEART BROKEN WILL I EVER GET ASSISTED
-I then spoke to Adil from reception she advised me to use *** this email address is not working
I spoke to Mpumi I'm not sure about her role, she confirmed that Support email has never worked since Monday, then she advise me that I send request to HELPDESK@MILPARK this email is also not working.
