I have logged a complain and twice i get an auto generated reply stating Milpark will get back to me on my email but i have received 0 feedback , no call no email. It really a Mickey mouse show school, unbelivable the lack of care and urgency

I have uploaded the proof of payment from my employer twice , payment totalling R 64 660 in total has been paid in 2025, how do i have outstanding fees, i have sent the pop twice to Feroza reflecting the payments totalling R65660 paid this year, she needs to tell me how am i owing ?? Feroza is like a robot, she sends one email with no explanation where is the oustanding balance coming from?? All she say ls i have an oustanding balance , how? I have sent proof and she does not respond
