NO FEED BACK

I'm tired of begging for feedback!! . I've sent numerous emails logging my complaint and still dint receive any feedback for assignment that couldn't be uploaded due to system slow response. Got confirmation that it was received from one consultant than the next says no it wasn't received. sent email requesting assistance and till date no response . received sms that not eligible to write exam .... Is it too much to ask for feedback??
