No empathy and regard for students

I was blocked from accessing my student account because i was outside South Africa and it took the institution 4 days to resolve the issue, while waiting i missed 1 exam and the other exam was a day after my access was resolved. My request was not dealt with urgency and a proper consideration it needed. This delay will cost me another year at Milpark. No regard and consideration for student, they have strict rules that are unreasonable even in situations beyond our control.
