No assistance over two months

Studying with Milpark is so frustrating, no one is interested in actioning your requests. This is my second issue with milpark this year alone.

In September, TWO MONTHS AGO I requested a confirmation letter stating that I have swapped modules, till today I get empty promises of a call, no feedback, this is really frustrating. I keep on replying to your employees emails but I get no help at all. I really regret studying with this institution, they are just happy to take your money and offer nothing to the students, this is the most frustrating journey ever.
