Need legal help or Help Petition against Milpark

I would like to find others who have had such a traumatic experience with milpark that they had to either drop a module or quit Milpark Education entirely and suffered financially and emotional from the constant harassment, incompetence or bad service from this institute. So that I can start a petition to have Milpark Education higher learning accreditation revoked.

I am currently a student. My ordeal started when I flunked in 2016 my financial planning module but qualified for a supplementary exam. I fulfilled all the necessary requirements for supplementary and received all the email notifications and sms notifications to confirm that I have indeed qualified for the supplementary. However, I am an international student and when they realized that logistically they do sufficient time to send my exam scripts to the international venue as per the case with they international student they quickly backtracked and claimed I was not approved for a supplementary and offered no refund or other recourse other than I redo the module, This after paying the for the supplementary exam. This discussion involved the programme director for the financial planning module and a supervisor. The argument lasted hours until informed about the fact they violated statutory laws before by emailing me the midterm exams instead of couriering it it to my invigilator in a sealed package. Realizing how serious this and how could have caused a potential leak of the mid term exams and a serious penalty for them for the higher education department for not following proper procedures they agreed to email the supplementary exam again to my unsecured google account 3 days before the exam. Again another potential leak. This must have angered the programme director because in 2017 I feel like i have been harassed by this person.

2017 During my investment planning module the, I accidentally forgot to do my 1st assignment. Again the programme director got involved gave me 2 hours to do the assignment ignoring the fact that I am 6 hours ahead and in bed at the time she sent the email which was pretty strange. After completing the second assignment I get my results back and to my amazement, I was marked by the programme director PERSONALLY and received a good ol fashion 2/15 for my assignment with no review or mark allocation. This is when I realized I was being intentionally targeted by this person and laid complaint. Again this took days to resolve and thousands of rands in telephone due to mostly them patching me through and then ignoring me 15 minutes or more till I hang up. They then got the dean involved. The Dean was also unsympathetic, disregarding my complaint and accusing me of being rude to her subordinates. She even threatened to expel me if i don't agree with their version of events. At this I suggested we have outside council review my complaint. It was not until then that the dean started treating me with respect. At the end there was no solution to my problem and I was so emotionally drained and unmotivated. I was forced to drop out of the investments.

2018

This I was completely prepared for some kind hindrance I had my friend make the the payment to register for my retirement module planning module weeks in advance. I submitted proof on payment on April 17, 2018. The lady assisting me was once again referred to me by the supervisor that I have been dealing with during both previous complaints. Registration Assistance is supposed to take 10 days maximum. She deliberately took days to responds to my email and every time I asked what needs to be done she gave me one task to complete . Once completed, took another 48 hours to respond with another task and then another 48 hours for another task until as which point she I asked if this is the final task. She says yes but then once again gives me another task to fulfill. The final task was for me to update my detail so she can send me the quote for courier fees to send my updated investment planning book. She says she cant do RETIREMENT PLANNING registration without this and she has already informed about this. Now in what world do I need to pay for an INVESTMENT PLANNING book to register for RETIREMENT PLANNING??

It's now April 7th and the retirement planning module starts tomorrow. I decided to the call again and was put through to the sales department. The sale department then informs me that the couriers for my investment planning book includes my fees for my exam scripts for retirement planning. In the 30 email we have back and forth, courier fees for retirement planning scripts were never ever mentioned at all. I told the lady that it is April 7th and I cant possibly pay before tomorrow start of the course. She says she will see whats she can do.

This is the response I got: Dear Richard Kindly be advised that the Dean will confirm with me once she is out of her meeting regarding the approval for the module since you having issues with payments for the courier cost as per our discussion.

Once again the blame has been shifted onto myself and I am accused of not been able to able make the payment.

This is unacceptable behavior from an Education Institution.

I have lost years of my life, I am trying desperately to update my qualification so I can return home and start a career.
