MONEY MAKING INSTITUTION, with no care for their students

I have been studying with Milpark Education for the past 3 to 5 years but my experience has never been pleasant, till to date I thought that their service will improve but everytime they just prove to me that they don't care about their students but they only care about money. I recently gave birth, my assignments were due in August couldn't finish them on time, 2 weeks after the birth of my son I was admitted to hospital as I had a life threatening situation, immediately when I got discharged (2nd Sep) I submitted a request to get an extension, never got any response from Milpark, when I made a follow up, I was told that the committee responded, checked my emails for the 10th time, there was no response, I was then told to resubmit the request again. This matter was dragged until end of September. I then received a response to submit assignments. Then the committee declined my request with no full response, I was only told that they cannot accept my assignments but they will offer me a discount on fees to repeat the modules next year. If I'm not happy I must appeal, Milpark why can't you give me the full explanation on why you are not accepting my assignments, why must I pay money again to appeal when you could have just given me the full reason on one email, I have submitted all my Doctor's reports proving that I was hospitalised, there was enough time for you guys to still accept my assignments. This is not 1st time I have had this bad experience with you guys, when my other son was hospitalised in 2020, u declined my application to write an exam while I submitted all Doctor's reports too proving that we were in hospital for surgery. I wasted money applying and appealing to your committee and u still declined my application. So if you are studying with Milpark you must be certain that for that period you are studying with them you are not supposed to get sick, or have any issues because no matter what the situation is, you will not win with them, they will empty your pockets with their endless application processes.
