Misrepresentation

What a *****. I get a call from Priscilla Mthiyane chasing payment for my application fee. I told her I want to pay so I can start school asap. She says once I pay I can register and she even calculates registration fee. Only after paying I am told it's for second semester. Please I want my refund so I can go to another instruction
