Misleading

There are so many ****s out there and never thought I could be ****med by an education institution like Milpark, so I requested a quotation from then for next year 2022, my company wants to pay for my studies in full, so they give me the required Quote and they said for me to get a letter of admission and register for the qualification I must pay R700 so I paid the amount only to find out after having paid this amount that they wont be able to register me for the qualification, I emailed all the documents they wanted and met the requirements, all I want now is my R700 so I could register at another institution and they refusing to refund me my R700.
