Milpark yet again making studying a nightmare

I am appalled but not surprised anymore about the lack of ethics at Milpark Business School. Once again we spend thousands per module and the service is shocking. I app**** for a deferral for my exams due an business trip. I was advised as per below that it was approved and obviously at a cost. I then had to reapply for marketing after paying for the initial request and had to pay another fee just to be told it has been declined after I was advised pay it was approved.

this is so shocking I am at a loss for words. Now I need to do a supplementary exam at another cost. Please guys get your house in order, this is not fair and I am taking this further. Is Milpark's mission to milk students as much as possible and make their lives miserable or are staff simply ***********?
