Milpark should just close xown

Milpark has to be the worst higher education institutions. I wrote an exam through a proctor exam system that kept on kicking me out through out the exam. Spoke with their technical team during the exam who advised me to log a defferal request through their commeette. They charged me for defferal when the others were not wen I question it they say it's simply coz I requested for the defferal. Come date of the defferal I cud not write. I took this up with the programme manager who is no longer responding to my emails. Im now taking this to higher educations for resolution. I'm beyond the word frustrated. Other time I called they gave me an email address to send my complaint to that was a month ago till today they have not responded... Yhooo I will never recommend anyone to study through milpark ever, no sense of urgency from bottom to the top. We are a group of 350 student given a bursary to study through milpark and the whole 350 of us have different complaints about this institution and we now want our employer to change milpark because wow the organisation's is a joke
