Milpark robbing people

I am so upset with milpark. You pay a lot of money and they can't even assist you we have been trying to sort everything out now for about a month and everyone just tells us they are unfortunately not authorized to assist then we ask them who we can contact and there is no feedback. My wife missed one exam because she was overseas for work and we did notify them in time. We paid the amount they said we should for her to write it when she came back we did it and they promised her she can now it's a thousand different stories and excuses to help us.

I will never recommend anyone to do their studies through them we are not the only people sitting in this situation and also to ask them for anything doesn't help.

We lost how many thousands of Rands because of this amd I am very upset about it. They have no problem taking your money but when it comes to help you or asking to cancel to get the refund even with the x amount we lose witch we excepted we still get no feedback or response.

They are busy just steeling money from people and they are not willing to do anything on their behalf.
