MILPARK IS THE WORST INSTITUTION. ********** PRACTICE

I write this with such disappointment. Milparked has let me down twice on one module. And I get a sense that milpark is in the business of sabotaging its students in order to make money out of them. Today I wrote my final exam, financial management hoping that I can finally get my degree the exam was from 9 to 1PM. That's what the exam paper states. However when it was time for me to submit on their upload page the time stated submission was at 12. I'll repeat according to the exam paper its 9 to 1PM. So I decided to email my exam to milpark with screenshots if the upload page and my exam paper showing the different times. All this was done before 1PM. Get a response from Amanda requesting that I fill in a form and SEND A PROOF OF PAYMENT 265. Only then they will attend to this matter. Tell me? Why should I pay FOR YOUR ERROR?????? I did my part and made sure my exam was sent despite the inconvenience from your side. Mind you that 265 diesnt guarantee that your paper will be marked How's that fair??? You have messed up my day and still want to milk me. Is this what you do to your students,
