Milpark Is Refusing to Refund My money. Onica Ndhlovu

In 2019 I registered with Milpark to study Bachelor's degree in Compliance and Risk management, Payment was directed to Milpark via Absa bank as I was employed there. In 2020 I had health difficulties that affected my personal wellbeing and thus resulted in me not being able to continue with my studies, I advised Milpak accordingly. I subsequently left employment at ABSA in 2022 for which I refunded the full amount they paid into Milpark. I then requested Milpark to refund my money as I was unable to continue with my studies, they provided the forms and advised of the process of which I completed and followed the process as advised, the refund did not come through. It's been 2 years now and I have completed the same form several times and still my money is not refunded, numerous follow ups emails have been sent to no avail. Milpak has been sending me from one person to the other and no one is able to assist me, I am tired of completing the same form every time I communicate with them. I want my money.
