Milpark : Interest of the student/ Money making?

Dear Sir/Madam

I have a complaint with regards to remark of my Final mark, I also requested my lecturer for a remark as it is part & parcel of the regulations of the institution. Instead the reply that I got from my lecturer is that their markers are very accurate and the institution seldom has adjusted marks.

Therefore requesting for a remark I might be wasting my time and money unless I am sure that I really did well in the exams. I ask myself to whether Milpark has the interest of the student or in money making? Why would they have a remark arrangement if there is accuracy in their marking? Lastly they are the lecturers they have the script they could say where I was wrong. As a responsible adult, I would not waste my time and money and register for the course to fail.

Due to Covid 19, the set of exams that were supposed to be sit-down exam at a stipulated venue and set time were changed to online lectrurers. 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone and I am not asking for a favor, I am requesting a remark of my scripts.

Note: Some students did get the remark without having to pay the remark.
