Milpark Historic Record Failure

I have been for the pass few months trying to get a transcript for my NQF5 that has been completed years ago and milpark does not have it on record. i am then sent a for to pay +- R700 to get these reports. is it not something that they can get from they system and why am i held liable to charges levied against historic statements.

Milpark is a big educational institute and as such should have record according to document keeping, such information should be kept electronically for 10 years and i had completed it in 2015.
