Milpark has a very bad service and for them to respond to a query one must always come to Hello peter!

I am still waiting for Milpark to email me the process of rewriting. All I have received so far was an apology that said someone would either contact or email me. Please advise how many more months must I wait for this info? It has already been over 5 moths now.
