MILPARK EDUCATION SUCKS AND VERY POOR STUDENT SUPPORT
I am furious as they uploaded the wrong assignment for me on their PORTAL. Then i got a email saying my assignment should be send on the 17th October 2023 to their assignment email which i did then i got an email saying i need to apply for an assignment extension and pay R 400 which i also did and now they declined it the 4th time in a row .I did submit my assignment on time and it was not my fault i got the wrong assignment as it was on their portal and only semester one assignment was loaded no other assignments now they want to tell me that it is my fault that the assignment extension was declined. I WILL NOT RECOMEND THEM AS THERE IS NO PORPER COMMUNICATION ON ASSISTANCE IN ANY MATTER AND I WILL NOT PAY ANOTHER R400 so that they can just make money out of me .Even when you phone in they say you need to send an email's AM DONE.I WANT a manager to speak to as i am FUROIOUS AT THIS STAGE!

Kindly be advised that Milpark goes to the extreme to assist each and every student as we are a Distance Learning institution.
Please note that the correct assignment was uploaded onto the course page as all student were provided with the same set of questions and you were the only student saying that the incorrect assignment was loaded onto the page.
Milpark has granted you the opportunity to submit an assignment extension. We have then received the assignment, the properties were checked and you were also informed on the 15th November that changes were made more than five weeks after the assignment was due.
Your appeal has been through the Academic process, resulting it to be declined as it breaches the rules stated in your Student Handbook.
Our Academic Committee has the last say and as per the communication sent from them you are required to repeat this module at the next available opportunity at the full module fee.
