Milpark education. Serious disappointment and Exploitation of fees and processes

I am extremely disappointed with this institution. Its exhausting complaining and I’m soooo tired of trying to call because no one answers calls, emails take forever to be responded to or never. The module fees are exorbitant but their online exam proctoring system is slow and unreliable, I fully agree. This often causes students to fail unfairly, and they charge R350 to appeal these failures issues caused by their system! I just received an sms that my exam mark is 46% and I must register to repeat the entire module and exclusion policy to apply. What does this even mean? Is there no human interaction from this institution where someone calls and asks.

Supplementary exams cost R1 000, and venue based exams cost R800 without guaranteeing a seat at your preferred location. If you fail a module (even due to their faulty systems), you’re forced to pay almost the full module fee again. I experienced such a faulty issue during one of my papers and now that I think about it, I am not sure if it was for this particular subject. The system proctored system threw me out when I initially started my first few questions. I instantly reconnected and even spoke to the camera that this is what happened. I studied so hard for this subject and passed my other two subjects. This is the second time I am doing this subject and refuse to redo it. I urge them to further investigate this and establish that I did pass my paper.

This school seems more focused on profiting from students than providing quality education or support. I cannot recommend this institution to anyone looking for a fair and student-centered learning experience. I am truly disappointed. I never had such issues at UNISA. Where fees were a third and efficiency and humanity was key.
