Milpark Education Refund Request

On the 26/06/2023 I made an EFT payment to Mipark Education for the RE5 exam. Uoon learning that the school does not offer the exam but provides study material only, I cancelled my registration and submitted a request for a refund. Since July 2023 I have been in contact with the school trying to get my money back as I never received the study material. The last communication from Milpark was that my student account does not have any credit therefore no refund is due to me. I then contacted my bank for assistance. But since I contacted my bank only in January 2024 the transaction was deemed older than 40 days thus they could not recall the funds. However, my bank did confirm that the funds went to the correct account (Miplark Education's banking details). The school's administration is truly disheartening.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Please note that Milpark takes these things very serious.

Kindly be advised that in order for you to request a refund, you firstly need to request a cancellation of your studies then thereafter can you request a refund.

Kindly note that you are required to submit a special request (Cancellation) in order for your request to be reviewed.

Please follow the below steps in order for you to submit: 

 

  • Log onto your student portal using your username and password.  
  • Please click on My Applications and Student Requests.
  • Select the qualification
  • Select the request type (Cancellation).  Please ensure that you are fami**** with the Milpark Rules as set out in your Student Handbook
  • Download, complete and upload the request form (specific to the request type)
  • Upload supporting documentation and proof of payment (no payment required if you are on a Learnership)
  • Motivate the request
Submit the request

I have gone through this process numerous times already. Under my Student requests it reads as follows:

Special requests are related to qualifications on which you are admitted. You do not have any current admissions. Click here to apply for admission.

Hi Dumolwawo

Kindly please follow the prompts. Once you are on the student portal, request the cancellation then once the cancellation feedback is sent to you then request the Refund.

I DO NOT HAVE ANY CURRENT ADMISSIONS.

So I cannot request cancellation for something Im not enrolled for. Or maybe I dont underatand English.
