Milpark Education : Quiz Password

I am having the worst experience with Milpark . On the 9th of May I was suppose to have written my MLED Supplementary Exam but was unable to as the exam required a password . On the 31st May I am suppose to write my FINM Supplementary exam . It seems like I won't be able to write that as well as the Mock Exam also requires a Quiz Password .

I have reached out to Milpark as well as Proctorio for assistance but no one seems to be able to assists me .

I have done everything, restarted and reseted by laptop . I have deleted everything off my laptop . I have Uninstalled and Reinstalled Proctorio . I have logged out of my Google accountand logged in without , I have done speedtests . I have cleared cache . I have spent the last few days trying to get past the screen than I have on revision for the exam . I am exhausted mentally now as I am no longer sure as to what more do I need to do to resolve this , and why does Milpark not give me the quiz password as it seems to be a requirement for me .
