Milpark Education - Proctorio exams (quiz password) & No Answer when phoning

I have emailed Milpark Education to express my frustration over the challenges with regards to writing assessments by means of proctorio online monitoring and their lack of service when students need assistance.

I wrote ERMI01-6 (Ethics and Risk Management in the Investment Industry) today and whilst I was able to access and complete the first test with no challenges, I could not access the second test at all.

The exam was open from 12H05 to 2H15 and I struggling for almost an hour trying to gain access to the it. At the time of typing this review it is 13H01 on 15 Nov 2021 and I decided not to continue trying to gain access to the test because if for some reason it eventually works, I'll only be left what less then half the time.

For some reason, even when writing tests, the system keeps asking for a quiz password. Milpark education has a document that states you should log off, clear your cache, uninstall the extention and then reboot your computer if the error message pops ups. I did all of that and it still does not work. I also had previous incidents where getting into the assessment is not a problem but then for some reason while writing the system kicks you out and it requires the quiz password afterwards.

When I called Milpark Education, there was no answer on the phone. The online technical assistance tab takes you to some proctorio online agent that refers you back to Milpark because the quiz password issue is apparently not proctorio related.

I am not sure how to go about resolving this problem because I could not write test B. So do I get to write it, do I get a zero for that part of the assessment....

It is shocking how Milpark education is allowed to provide educational service when they clearly have no regard for students and lack customer service.

Not even sure whether posting anything here is worth it anymore.

Very demotivating...
