Milpark Education - Poor Service and very ***********

I have written and submitted my ***** Examination Summative Assessment successfully. After my colleagues informed me they received their Final results for the subject, i had a look at my results on the Milpark portal only to find out it states DNW - Incomplete. I tried calling Milpark they do not want to help me over the phone. I logged numerous requests via the Helpdesk but until today it is not resolved. I Emailed the Program Manager Babalwa but also no response received. The service is terrible and defiantly the last time my company will spend money on Bursaries to Study with Milpark, i will make sure of that. Until today it still shows DNW. I have even emailed them the Proof of my Summative that was submitted but they seem not to care at all and dont give a ****.
