Milpark education Poor service

I am writing this review to explain about poor service i have experienced with Milpark education, regarding the Intermediate Macroeconomics module results.

It is disappointing to experience such a poor service from such a respected entity like Milpark education, on the 19th of May i wrote Intermediate Macroeconomics, i had difficulties accessing Milpark portal, which resulted in me stating the exam 20 min later, after me calling their technical support team which assisted me in accessing the portal in order for me to begin the exam.

upon finishing the exam i didn't have sufficient time to copy the answerers from from the question paper to submission templet, i submitted on the question paper and immediately notified Milpark, they advised that there is no problem i should write an email to *** and state what happened, which i did and never received any feedback from them.

on the 28th of June i got an SMS saying i got 63% which its a pass, however my statement of results shows that i didn't write the exam, i called them they said it must be mistake on their side it shows i wrote both part A and Part B, later they called me saying that i actually app**** for deferral, which i didn't. no one is willing to explain as to what went wrong about my results.
