Milpark education excellent

I would like to thank Milpark education for how they have handled the Covid 19 lockdown situation .I would particularly like to commend Lizelle Swartz for all her great work .Lizelle was very friendly and professional and quick to respond to enquiries I had .Lizelle went the extra mile and was extremely helpful when I encountered problems in submitting an assignment that was due last week .Thanks to her efforts she handled my query on the day the assignment was due and greatly assisted me with a problem I encountered .It was nice having someone assist you without having to wait lenghty SLA times which would have only been responded to after due date if Lizelle did not assist right away .In addition to this Lizelle timeously responded to questions I had with regards to lockdown and how it would affect students and also advised of alternatives in place to assist students .Thank you Lizelle and Milpark education.
