Milpark education does not care

I sent an email to Milpark student support team last week and they just have not bothered to respond. It is such a mission on their website when you forget your password because their website is not user friendly with regards to this aspect. Any other website would just send you a link to reset your password via email. When I try reset my password it redirects and the operation fails. So hence I sent Milpark education an email to send me a statement of results for my last completed certificate if possible and if they can inform the correct department to post my certificate as I will not be attending graduation. If someone can help me with this I would be appreciative of this.
