Milpark Education Customer Service

Another registration with Milpark and terrible service yet again.

After complaining via email on the service, no responses any more. Seems Milpark prefers formal complaints. I was told they cant help me and that I should contact my employer for assistance. Once I started asking questions, an alternative solution magically popped.

Milpark Education is clueless when it comes to customer service. The attitude is terrible, no effort to assist - prefer chasing people away. The 1 and half star rating on Hello Peter speaks volumes.

Can I please get a senior manager to contact me and assist.
