Milpark Education

Milpark is such a horrible institution to study with. I lost my mother on 23 August 2021 and I called student services as I was not aware of the steps to take. They took my number and promised to call me and they never did. I then wrote an email which they responded to 5 days later. I then completed the special request and submitted it on 30 August 2021. I could not get help as my case was not allocated to anyone when it was eventually allocated. I struggled to get hold of the person and they claimed that she did not get my messages. She suggested that I complete a new request which I did and the response that I got from the committee is that I need to re-register all my modules next year and I have already written one exam and have an upcoming one. All my prep and hard work gone down the drain not to mention money. I am appalled by the horrible service that I received at Milpark.
