Milpark does not respond after paid application

Milpark was very slow in communicating regarding my study application and application payment. After they did, and redirected me to SAQA, and I asked for assistance as nobody was replying at SAQA - even after repeated emails and reminders, there has been no response. I was dealing first with Kismia - who is an extrmeley poor and slow communicator, and then Rostill, her superior, who also stopped communicating.<br> <br> I would rather they tell me they cannot assist, instead of not responding at all. I have been in touch with them since November 24, 2015. Very disappointing indeed.
