Milpark communication not working at all

My husband reveived a mail from Amanda from Milpark requesting him to reload his assignment but he is out of office and I am trying to do it. As there is no option to do this I have send a mail, tried to phone ********** but the tape or speaker is cracking so much you cannot hear. I phone ********** You heg a message saying Hi, we have missed your call and will call you again in the near future. ********** - Not available. I tried online chat but waited 10 min with nobody. Milpark requested the assignment to be reloaded by the end of day but they are unreachable. Please tell me how to reach you Milpar****!!!!!!
