Milpark certificate request

Requested a copy of my certificate on the 09/01 even and the waiting time was within 20 days and still no feedback. Have to keep phoning milpark and it's a night mare to actually get what u really need.Each person gives you a different story Rather not confirm you gona get at a certain time as we all have turn around times to submit our requests. Thanks Adila from switch who is trying to help me. Appreciate your assistance
