Milpark Business School unprofessional and disappointing.

Please contact me asap. I am deeply disappointed in your service and more importantly your institution. I was advised to register in the second half of the year for November exams (This is my 1st year ever as a student and my semester 1). Despite your advise i have had no contact from your institution. When we have on the rare occasion managed to speak to a call centre consultant, they have been unhelpful. I was informed that live sessions begin in July 2024. I received Teams invites for September 2024 but have not received course guides, course outlines, study materials, list of text books, orientation, lecturers' contact details, NOTHING!!!

I was under the impression that you are a professional, recognized institution but am experiencing the complete opposite.

I have paid the semester upfront and now am of the opinion that i have been ****med.
